  Wash the balls for properly with water twice or thrice to remove lose clay particles. Put them in one litre or half litre water bottle and fill it with water to full and make it air tight. Water will be ready for drinking after 1 hour. For proper results and durability, it is recommended to keep the bottle air tight and full of water after use every time. Discard and replace the balls after 60 days of use.
  Avoid drinking this water within 1 hour after your meals.
